Seems to be a proprietary stick, definitely not Sanwa or Seimitsu at least. I'd say you're better off going for either the SEGA Virtua Stick High Grade (VSHG) or the Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 (HRAP3). I have the VSHG myself and I don't think you'll regret shelling out a little more for a quality stick. edit: after some more digging it turns out it's a MyoungShin Fanta stick - a really stiff stick. Stiff is not good for Tetris if you ask me, a friend of mine uses a Happ stick on his cab and it's also very stiff - definitely not something I'd like to play Tetris on.
