I tried to check the current japanese ranking on http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~tetris_holic/cgi/ranking.cgi but when I select TGM1, the site gives me TGM2
I think jin8 just added the option for TGM1 in the menu, but never implemented the leaderboard. You can use J.O's ranking: http://www13.plala.or.jp/TETRiS_TGM/tgm_ranking.html , or The Pier21 ranking: http://pier21.sakura.ne.jp/tgmranking.htm instead.

Mission failed . I wanted to become GM before the end of summer, but not in this life. Almost one month passed to break the 1st torikan, still difficult though. Currently, my best records : Lvl 1->500 @ 6:53 Lvl 1 ->500 in 20G @ 6:36 Hey, 13:29 in total, let's say I'm GM, okey ?
hmmmm ok ! you are a GM player. Don´t worry, you know that the game won´t evoluate, but you yes, you will improve and soon this GM rank wont be a pb anymore. It is what I try to convince myself for the m roll, this 61sec will stay 61 fucking sec forever, but my average still increase and approach 45sec+, slowly but surely.
Almost there nicofromtokyo! Gm before the end of the year is almost a certainty if you keep this up. Try to get the sub 20G time closer to 6:30. I believe this will be easier than pushing harder in 20G at the moment. Once you can get an S9 closer to 13:30 you can consider yourself at Gm level. Just a little more!
Nico, work on stacking clean and low for tetrises only. This way, you can slow down your play (and have more time for thinking) but since you're doing only tetrises, your time will be much faster. That's how I improve my best time every time I improve it
Oh hey would you look at that. For once playing TGM1 on a whim pays off. It's not a great improvement but it does move me up a couple of places. GNNNNNNNNNNNN I did a 904@12:15 last week, and 30 seconds too late that time. My best sub 20G is now 6:43 and my best 20G is 6:36, but these F]:[*>g torikan 1 & 2 give me a HARD time. I can go to 500 with S5 and do several performances in a row in a single session, and then only break the first torikans like only 2 times on a entire day of play . W-T-F ? I WANT TO DO IT THIS MONTH !!
Both halves are fast enough for GM now, which is great. You can do it if you manage to put everything together. Even if it's not this month, you are most likely going to achieve Gm before the end of the year.

Hello. I have decreased my time thanks to the advice of people.. I finished the game with S8 at 13:55. 25 sec only and I will have 13:30. I have a screenshot but last time I put it in my post, I got a message who told me to wait the acceptation of a moderator. since 1 week it did not come.
