2 new records. Special Ti S7 + 8 cools + 2 grades = m8 orange, 999 @ 6:34:98 Of note: played another m8 orange game, S9 + 6 cools + 2 grades, 999 @ 6:34:98, with 40 tetrises. That game felt good but I clearly could have been more consistent in that one. Sudden Ti 727 @ 3:34:21 (torikan @ 2:23:21) As always, you can dl my replays here: http://defender.arcimpulse.com/TC/Texmaster2009.sav
what the hell..I can not watch the vid, the only one thing I can get is a sort of advertisement for the movie "Prediction"..
too bad i'm still in LAST FREAKING PLACE or my floorkick abuse would bring about the end of the world
FINALLY I break through the M8 barrier... M9 - 6:15:31 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VB3x685f_ic The invisible credit roll raped me. I got a little over-excited knowing I had M9 and couldn't hold my concentration properly.
You just left the M8 barrier, I just broke in! Code: EIHoppe --------- M8 999 6:44:16 Pic on request, can't figure out how to get my TexSE save data over to a clean Tex install without pulling all of the...er...reason I can't publicly post the picture. Either way, S7 TAP grade, 8 cools, 2.12 credit roll grades. I'm getting there... ~EI
I got cheated out of m9 by the 2-second cool rule bug. Does it count? Edit: And sudden ti 727 @ 3:29:78
No, because that extra cool could have changed the credit roll you got and therefore the overall grade.
Rosti, the bug happens if you miss a cool in the first place. Where it happened, neither speed level nor credit roll should have been changed, but since the time was horrible (I didn't lock after 600) who gives a crap. See 700-800? The 700-770 time is well under the minimum required for the cool, but more than two seconds slower than the previous, non-cool section. It's a bug, but hopefully one that will be fixed. Edit: m9 the honest way. Again, stopped locking at 1200 speeds to focus on stacking. I can have speed or tetrises, but not both. m9 orange, 999 @ 6:44:83
I haven't touched this mode in quite a long time but it seems to have become a lot easier since I have been practicing TAP death mode. I still can't use hold at all in this game though. Any attempts to use it just seems to mess me up. This is in Sudden Ti to clarify.
