  1. There's no huge secret, he's just practiced until he can hit the directions extremely quickly.

  2. Like I said I tried it and it didnt work. Meaning: I had no advantage, I dont think it responded properly with the emulator I was using.

I find the game easier on the actual cart anyway.

But I have heard of some of the faster players from online tetris-clones such as quardra and tetrinet using keyboardking to assist them with faster gameplay, which in my opinion is cheating.

  3. Well, I suppose the man himself will reply in time, but I assure you jono, the only trick to it is controlled fast mashing of the d-pad. The only other thing there really is "to it" is the conservative playstyle to accommodate the height intolerance and the harsh randomizer.

    Pfff..yes

    Only one thing is important,

the ONLY tetris which bring a real proof of our SKILL and SPEED mind ability is tgm2...Other tetris Have some constraint which block the emancipation of spirit..(sorry for my poor english it's not easy for me to explain that)

I consider score like 600 on gameboy are very impressing, but for me it has not a real value of the real mastering, it's NOT comparable with the 578 of Jago..

  5. I love TGM, but I don't think it's the only outlet for skilled play. Perhaps the only one I care to tackle seriously, but not the only one. I can respect the different skillset it takes to max out Gameboy Tetris. Certainly, I don't think jago would be capable of it without very extensive practice. There's a reason only Spectre has pulled it off so far. [IMG]
