That looks faked. With spawn above the frame, you can't die and make a line at the same time. (I'm referring to the top)

 

You can record it while playing though, and simply take a screengrab before the line clear animation kick in.

 

yeah, if the player died there it would say "game over"

 

What is that on the background?
