Colin Fahey finally put his Tetris AI article back up. He's postponed it like six times.

 

Haha, 1D tetris is awesome.

 

Wow, look at polytope tetris. That's a lot of conceptual dimensions to keep in mind.

Still, I'm not sure it would have worked very well anyway.

 

Especially because "standard Tetris" as defined in the article and "standard Tetris" as defined by Mr. Rogers have diverged.

 

yeah, it looks like colin took his "standard" model from the DOS Vadim version, or so he says. his application even doesn't follow that version perfectly.

 

i read it, it had a whole new spin on tetris.
