Very nice time sjoecool1991. Congrats with the big jump on the leaderboard. If I'm not mistaken your previous best in this thread was grade 1. Can you confirm it's an orange line?

I dont remember the difference between a green line and orange line, all I remember is that I didn't want to do the credits roll, so I topped out on purpose.

Also, reason for the giant grade increase is because I have been playing a lot of TAP in the past year and a half, but never once bothered to post any new records.

 

If you clear the fading credit roll you will be awarded an orange line, otherwise you get a green line. You can see the lines on the rankings.

For the invisible m-roll, not clearing it will always lead to green line m. If you survive the m-roll clearing less than 32 lines you will receive green line Gm, while for clearing 32 or more lines the game will award you with orange line Gm.

 

basically if you dont get the mroll green/orange line is just "that dumb thing that will fuck up your leaderboard position when you finally get S9"

I really didn't play well, but somehow managed to survive. First and only game of the day though. I should go on a binge soon.

Why is this so hard? Gold SK and no S9, I'm frustrated... I was thinking if I spammed tetrises I would get it for sure

 

once you get S2, you need to stop doing tetrises only and go for fast tetris - double -triples clears which will make you get S4 ultra fastly then, stack high again and start doing tetrises again

It's been a while. I thought this was my first S9 orange line, then I come back to this topic and find out that I already got one. Something must have happened to my high scores file :/ Well, it's still a few seconds of improvement.
