well, this first attempt was really a fluke ofcourse, then the 2nd try gave me 475.. Later I also beaten my record "after smoking", that was the first time I had a M after 2 joints (!). I will record my games now.

Once again this time is good for a M rank, you should stop locking around 450 and wait for the level 500.
Finally! This game was pretty weird. I didn't notice going to 200, so I didn't get nervous and die around 270 like I always do. It felt very manageable even at 200+. Progress is slow but still there.
