Part of "The Punishment of Kevin Birrell": Getting a little closer...now to manual lock 0-300 and THEN survive to 500!
I'd expect you'll have to manual-lock most of 300-400 as well. 400+ is the only region I can ease off locking manually and still reach M at 500 with time to spare.
just died at 413 2min48 and was wondering: good timing ? do I really only need ONE clear play to get M rank ?
I made another 389. OSX is still buggy, but I have written down the time. PetitPrince ------- 389 @ 3:35:40
A practice run without using manual locking at all so please don't look at the time. ; And so another 2009 resolution bites the dust. I will try to get to level 500 first before focusing completely on manual locking the whole time. So my new resolution is to get to level 500. Clearly the newer versions of a certain program have less lag or I'm just getting used to it. Code: Ai ---------------- 406 @ 3:47:46 EDIT: A little faster but only level 381. Looks like I still need to clear 100 levels when I reach the torikan time. That would mean I'm about 40 seconds too slow for m if I get to level 500. Sorry for all the edits. I messed up a few times with the images and congrats Quad!
I hit 293 in NDS_TGM's Death. And yes, this is with TAP rotation. And since it doesn't fix the "4 levels for triple and 6 levels for tetris" issue, it doesn't count.
time sucks due to no manual locking at all, don't care, this is a 70 level improvement! edit: damn you Ai :<
That's very close indeed! Getting close to or over 400 isn't that difficult once you can somewhat handle 300 speed and don't manual lock. Well good luck getting to 500. If I can get the stack to be low going into the 300/400 section, 450+ would be possible. But at the moment TGM1 is priority number 1 until I obtain the GM grade. It's clearly practice in TAP T.A. Death while not manual locking that has improved my TGM1 20G stacking.
