I wanted edo on the leaderboard to compare myself against him, but it was mainly for completeness. I'd want every single person who plays Death Mode in the west and is at 300 or above to be on this leaderboard, just so it's an accurate ranking. However, edo should be higher, because he's reached 500 in the past, and it was well faster than my 4:25
Oops, my mistake. I saw your name down as the last person to post, and mistakenly thought you were also the author of this thread. Anyway, c_t's stuck me up on the board now, so all is well. I've also got an old TGM record that I suppose I ought to post, "for completeness". I'll head over and do that now...
played a couple of games this evening. even though I didn't manage to improve my best, I felt like a huge improvement in the 0-400 sections: speedy three first section, smooth and easy on the 300-400, able to stack for tetrises without panic. Was going to turn off the computer when I thought "hum, one more before sleeping. Let's try without locking at all !" YATAA Now, 400 section training and 300 with manual lock
New record for me too ! 362 here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLhX6yJe2ms I'm a little disappointed by the 300-400 section though. I survive much better during my trainings ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qqib90JcwI )
YOU HOUUU !!! DEATH 634 !! It has been a long time I had not performed a m rank on T.A DEATH. Matt ?? Where are you ??! You are the next I think..
I had a pretty strange session today. I couldn't keep the death 500 rhythm, often IRS'ing early. But, I was damn good at getting to 500! I got M 18 times today. I had a pretty awesome streak at one point too: 475, 490, 620, 578, 224, 570, 212, 556, 468, 561, 286, 517, 412, 574. I think that averages to level 467 over 14 games or something? Which is awesome. I'm glad I looked through my recording afterwards, because I felt like crap after my session because my 500 endurance was waaaay worse than it normally is. But looking back I actually feel pretty good about my performance.
funny, after you mentioned at #arika that it's harder to be consistent in TAP than in TGM3. looks pretty consistent to me. nice playing ct.
Your average was 455 over 15 games. You have a standard deviation of about 134 levels per game. Personally i think that is fairly inconsistent. However, i would like to see someone get drastically higher standard deviation then that. I think for you to call someone consistent they would have to have a standard deviation of about 50 levels per game. Atleast, those are my thoughts on the matter. I'd also like to encourage others to do the same as ct and find their averages. P.S: No i didn't actually do the math. I used a website. http://invsee.asu.edu/srinivas/stdev.html
You doubled an entry, there should only be 14. You can pastte a long list of numbers with this calculator: http://www.mathsisfun.com/probability/standard-deviation-calculator.html Average: 467.37 Std. Deviation: 130.25
