Yah, I suggested starting a Ti leaderboard on #arika now that there's quite a few people that have access to it: colour_thief jago DeHackEd Needle And maybe it'll even encourage Japanese players like ema/ame to post their Ti scores on TC.
I would not opposited to a (western only) leaderboard which gather SHIRASE and DOOM..We know this 2 modes are 98% similar is not it ? Only a rule must be keep : the setting of the 1st TORIKAN at 2:28.. Currently I don't know if jago and c_t have already broken the 500 under 2:28.. We are sure there is at least 2 western players who are able to do it : DIGITAL and Kotetsu..

I don't the the leaderboards on TC should but western only. I don't think however that we should go looking for others records and putting them up on our boards. TC boards should be TC members posting their scores.
Yes, no matter what Amnesia would prefer, the leaderboards exist for the TC community. It would be fantastic if so many great Japanese players were comfortable with English and participated here, bus alas I don't think that will happen.
I would still suggest that if a lot of Japanese players registered to post scores that they be kept on a separate table. They really are in a different league, and they've had a head-start of several years over the rest of us.
I really think it's a bad idea to discriminate like that, even if it's positive discrimination. Just keep them on the same leaderboard and live with the fact that they're simply better than we are.
