Okay, it seems this image found its way onto 2ch without sufficient explanation, so I'm going to clear it up here for any Japanese people reading: Yes, it is a joke. No, it is not real. This was a design try-out to see how well TAP gameplay elements would fit on the small DS screen. There is no playable code. The filename of the photo says "hoax", and the filename of the original image says "mockup". Also, the in-game timer is incorrect. A game that has just started cannot have an in-game time of 10:12:85.
It's not hard to make that kind of fake. All you need to do is make a PNG and load it in moonshell. But then where did the background image come from?
