Suspect detail : Code: jagorochi --------- 960 @ 6:32:35 With this time, we can suppose that jago would have reached 999 around 6:45 - 6:50.. And it seems that the slowest existing Death Gms are around 6:30.. I add that I have never seen a DEATH Gm over 6:30..Even with a M @ 3:22 with no manual locking at all after 500, and a level 999 reached at 3/4 of the matrix.. So we could deduct for sure that Texmaster sudden is definitely slower that the real DEATH mode..
Amnesia, I can guarantee that the timing in Texmaster Sudden mode is 100% perfect; I checked it very thoroughly. And for the record, I know for a fact that J.O has achieved GM with a time close to 6:50:00, and I'm sure that other players have done it even slower. edit: just found another of J.O's times, this one is over 7 minutes:

oh oh What a great way to finish off the week! Congrats! So will you be shipping your TAP to Japan or will you try in arcades?
Your style has improved jago.. But I still wondering why c_t, me, and you are still so shy to lock after 400..Even with our intensive period on TI or clone..
SQR locks, and he has achieved Death GM only twice in his life. At least personally, I can say that I am more interested in achieving consistency. Though don't get me wrong, I try for pure speed now and then as well. It is important to have a balanced approach. But I am definitely more focused on improving my technique and strategy than raw speed.
Yeah me as well.. Sure boths have advantage and unconvenients.. But when DIGITAL will perform his first DEATH Gm (far after us) , his time will be violent..I would like be 100% balanced between speed and strategy, but my psycology force me to prefer stacking, strategy and esthetism..
Since the carnival is about to close, I'm gonna post my best time which I did a few days ago: 81 @ 1:04.58 Definitely won't be playing this again for a while...
