Sorry people, Amnesia posted in the wrong thread and this thread is my failed attempt to split a post and then merge topics. Apparently this is not possible without installing a simple phpbb add-on. My apologies that I learned this the hard way. To clarify: Kotetsu explained how it can be used with ARE/IRS, but I was talking about active play. You cannot rotate 180 degrees in one frame. But you can rotate twice very fast most easily by pressing A then C in one single hand motion. This rotates in 2 steps, but it is faster than simply pressing A twice. It can be used for rotating the T piece for extra fast classic T-Spins, among other things.
