Finally managed to get an S9, and complete the fading roll in the same game! Also happened to be a new fastest time, so that's a plus! Still nowhere near fast enough for the M requirements, but I'll get there.
After 18 months of constant Shirase grinding, I decided to go back and work on Texmaster's Death mode. Today, I finally achieved my first M grade!
Been gone for a while, but recently decided to start playing again thanks to a new keyboard. Got my second M and beat my previous record by a couple tenths of a second!
Finally got a death M. I didn't play for a year, and it was a long, arduous process just to improve the last bit I needed to finally get it.
I have a new recorded PB of 499, achieved today. I only hit 500 once but did not record it (save file was full), that's why I don't count it. I took my time and played rather safe. Towards the end my nerves really got to me and I couldn't get the last line. I screamed loud Already noticed a lot of stupid placements and errors. Will keep improving !
After having been very busy with work I finally had time to play again and I was able to get a new PB. Very unsuspected! Slowly inching up towards the torikan. Next goal sub 3:30 !

I was finally able to get a few games in these the days. I am very happy with the outcome, now I am much closer to the Torikan than my last PB (3:37). Unfortunately, the replay didn't save because no slot was available. I feel very close to getting M grade, hopefully, I can get it soon. So exciting !
finally... after a long, long struggle, the M grade for me. For my standards a very good game, plus an "all clear" at level 195! What a rush!
