I wonder what's the degree of indieness they mean by indie.

 

I've already run Lockjaw on a GameCube.

One worry from the article:

An ESRB rating is said to cost $3,000, even if the game has 0 objectionable content.

 

The ESRB may find Gus objectionable, especially if they discover that his legs are hanging from a coathhanger on the wall.

 

Would the ESRB find them objectionable as well?
