Of the 2 posts in R-21's history, only this one is obvious spam, as the other one inspired a discussion on what led to Lumines. Have the other moderators deleted other posts that I just haven't seen?
This is most likely a spambot. I've seen increasing numbers of them around the Internet lately. They spam their links on forums, blog comments, and so on, in order to sucker people into visiting them and/or raise their Google PageRank. In short: Ban.
He needs to get banned. Also, I saw "primate military contractors" and had to picture a militaristic addition to the Donkey Kong series.
