I am trying to get the original Heboris U.E. to work (is that the version most people play?) At http://hebo.game-host.org/index.html I downloaded the hebo0046.zip file and extracted it to the regular heboris directory. Nothing was overwritten as the readme said it would, and I think some of the files are missing. When I run heboris.exe it is the original game, not the U.E. What am I doing wrong?
According to the info about that package on the uploader, it is one of the stand-alone C++ builds. The folder "exe" in the package contains the executable you need to run to play.
Thanks, that got it to work. Also I just realized the latest version (Mini) seems to have all the features of the original if you use the plug-in manager, so I might start using that one.
