I got a TAP code for this...?

I don't get it, why am I getting a code for a poor performance like this? I don't think I've ever gotten a code in Death Mode before.

 

You always get a code if after topping out you hold simultaneously A, B and C. When that happens, it asks for your initials and the score stays longer so you can take a picture of this. I've established people discover it after hitting the buttons on the stick out of rage after a Death play
