Date picker! Just like last year when we moved to Barcelona, there are venue fees again this year, but we've managed to bring them down to a manageable level, and so there will be a voluntary donation of €35 per person. If you can't pay, don't worry; we'll make up the difference. If this is year first time and you have no idea what this meeting is or where it's held, this is the annual Tetrisconcept European Meeting, also called TC x PiC, held at Plug-in-City in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The European meetings started in 2007 and 2010 in Strasbourg, France, subsequent annual meetings at my house in Eindhoven, and we moved to Plug-in-City in 2015. Rising costs forced us to relocate to Barcelona, Spain in 2025, but we're back in Eindhoven this year! During 4 days spanning from Thursday to Sunday, we have a variety of Tetris games (and adjacent puzzle stackers) which you can play on real original hardware, and on real CRT screens, including Tetris The Grand Master 1, 2, and 3, Sega Tetris '99, PAL and NTSC NES Tetris, Magical Tetris Challenge featuring Mickey Mouse, and more. It's a free form hangout type event with no tournament structure, however you're welcome to organise an impromptu competition if you want to! Typically, on Saturday night, we host a TGM1 race called The Masters where, adjusted for handicap, the fastest player to reach level 999 and get the Grand Master grade, wins. Sometimes, we eat Dutch pancakes, and occasionally play chess. We'll have a free vegetarian (but not vegan) buffet on Thursday night to welcome everyone. There is very cheap shared accommodation available, but there is limited room, so be quick because it's first come, first serve. There is also a hostel 150 metres from the venue.
