I'm having a problem. With Ti Sudden. I'll manual lock right as the piece locks, but since it's already locked, it just locks the piece after. (It's lead to awesome games where I actually was able to keep up turning into absolute crud) ..And, if I don't lock, well, my fingers just press down anyway. By now, it's become a Terror Instinct to me.
Please stop making threads with nondescript subjects like "What's this!!???" and "ARRRGHHH!!!". About your locking problem, it means you're not manually locking fast enough - something that happens to most of us when we can't keep up with the speedcurve.
If you can't lock fast enough manually, and you're trying to survive as far as possible rather than improve your speed, then don't manually lock.
You mentioned your fingers press down to lock anyway. If that's the case, then you may be on the verge of overcoming that speed but come up a little short. If the speed was truly overwhelming, I doubt you'd be able to even think about locking before the lock delay runs out. My advice is a little generic. Keep practicing.
I doubt it. Think less probably. Maybe you need to take the speed down a notch if you feel you're reacting on instincts.
Taking the speed down a notch would be like death mode, which has the I rotation crud. I can still get S2 with Ti-SRS and S1 with T-ARS.
Lowering the speed does not mean you have to impose restrictions on the rotation system. I'm also not talking about lowering the speed throughout the mode. I'm suggesting for you to practice one level below the speed you are having trouble with.
It's not crud. You're just not stacking well enough. If you know the limitations of the I-rotation, and are good enough to accommodate for it in your stack, then it isn't a problem. It's just something that adds an extra bit of difficulty, like the speed.
I fail to keep the 2*2 space between the top two rows of the and the wall. In the end, my grade ends up being a big [FAIL]. @ Digital : Like devil-minus?
Wow, even tho you admit this. You seem to still think that the game should bend to what you can/cannot do. This is never going to happen. When you have something useful to add to the community you should come back and post. But for the time being PLEASE stop posting random stuff that is either you spaming or complaining about how good you think you should be.
If the speed that challenges you is a notch above Devil-Minus, then yeah. Otherwise, resort to practice mode. Or maybe even use debug mode to start at the level you desire.
That may be too vague a generalization. Within a speedcurve, you may not be challenged by the early sections, but the later sections leave you clinging to your seat. I suggest finding out what section of what mode you consistently feel overwhelmed in. Find the speed values and either decrease or play with those settings in practice mode. Or just use debug mode if it's convenient.
