3 years later ... new PB! My first S9! Jumping directly from S7 to S9. Yoshiki----------------S9 - 999 @ 11:33:36 - 06/07/2016 Rendez-vous in 2019 for my first M.
Hello. How old are you ? I just need to ask, because passing from a not even DEATH M, 3,5 months ago, to TAP MASTER GM, it is the most fantastic evolution that I have seen in 12 years on TAP.
Wow thanks @Amnesia, I'm 18. Though I will say that there is a large gap between my Master and Death skills. I got my first S9 in November while I still didn't have a good grasp of Death 300 speed and I still have trouble getting to 500. So it's not that good of an evolution to be honest.
That doesn't seems to disturb anyone so ignore my intervention. At 18 years old everything is possible... Even Kitaru who had a really weird and huge gap between his speed capacity and his M ROLL (he was slow as fuck and still able to produce TAP GM) , he needed a much longer time than you to pass from a 999 in 9min, to a 8min30 GM performance. I am the paranoiac of the group, I am the one who can identify cheaters before anyone else. I am not jealous because I have been unable to make this in 12 years, I know my mental limitation, but completly weird speed curve/skill unregularity always makes me wonder... EDIT : I will keep an eye on you...
Finally got my first clear. I actually thought to myself around 700 "I hope this doesn't end up being my first clear..." since I was playing so poorly, but I guess I jinxed myself. There are worse things. Will aim for an S8 on a clean run soon!
I finally realized there was a point not to lock the pieces as fast as possible. Still need to consistently get tetrises in 20G though. Next step: green line
Feeling a bit of deja-vu with this run... ~53-54 second roll I believe. I feel a certain tension about who will be the next grand master. Some others are close as well...
Orange line S9, 9:49:71 Played while slightly drunk, approximately 1/2-3/4 of the way through my second drink.
S7@10:44:63 (Level 995) Only after it prompted me for my initials I realised: a) my first S7 ever b) disabled recording by accident So I never find out how this even happened.
