"True" solo doubles TAS

Thread in 'Discussion' started by FreakyByte, 8 Jul 2016.

  1. I'm currently working on a true solo doubles TAS, and even though I think I might have to start over, I wanted to share my progress so far. I'm not sure if the strategy I used was a good choice. I started with building a tower that builds into a surface instead of building a normal stack (I think if you watch the run you'll see what I mean.), and I think that is what kills the run after 2 minutes. :/

I'm not able to record a video of this at the moment, so I'll just share the .inp file with you.

How to play the .inp file using mametgm64.exe:
    Code:
    1. Copy the .inp file binto your MAME\inp\ folder.
    2. Start a command line interface in the folder where your mametgm64.exe is located.
    3. Type "mametgm64.exe -pb TASattempt01.inp tgm2p" and press enter.

  2. Are you aiming for 300/300 with no P2 input? Or just 300/anything?

  3. 300/300
