How are the buttons layed out on a TGM arcade machine?

Title says it all. What is the button layout like on the actual arcade machine? Which buttons rotate clockwise, and which counter clockwise?

 

For TGM1/2, there are three buttons for rotation:
(counter clockwise);(clockwise);(counter clockwise)

the buttons are placed however the arcade cabinet has them. but yes the shown 3 or 4 button layout is the intended one. thumb for hold in games that have it and the three rotation buttons above it.
