Congratulations Nico! It must be awesome being on Pier21's list of GrandMasters. @Key: It's a bug with TGM1's 2P simultaneous setting. Let's say two players both finish the game with times faster than whatever is 2nd for Today's Ranking; it will show Today's Ranking 2nd for both players at the initials screen rather than consider the comparison between both of their games. If the faster player puts their initials in first, they initially fill the slot for 2nd and bump the old score to 3rd. However, the slower player's initials screen still wants to fill the slot for 2nd -- the comparison is made when the initials entry appears, and not when the actual insertion into the ranking is made.

Thanks! I feel like that round was pretty representative of what I feel is my current skill level; I'd need another major breakthrough (probably in the sub-20G section) to push my time much further. At the same time, I'm glad to have a result on the leaderboard that finally reflects what I feel I can do. I dunno, maybe you should be worried for your spot as well. I could probably squeeze out another 7 seconds or so if I had a game that had everything go right. =P

Whoa! Congrats! I'll just have to push myself that much further to catch up to you now. Though as I figured, my sub-20g is what needs the most work--my best 500 time is ~5:15 (and unfortunately I stuffed that game at ~700). I think my record had a 500 time of ~5:20. Also, cleure, nice improvements! Keep shaving a few seconds off your time and you'll be at sub-12:30 before you know it!
YES! I've been on a roll lately. I've broken my record 3 times within the past week. I've been doing a lot of practice in TA Death, and then playing TGM1 afterwards. Here's my latest: GM @ 12:46:96. Would it be possible to have my score updated?
