Super Ninja Ultra Death Mode

  1. Death Mode plus secret grade. For a video on how it's done, try this.

The ultimate masochistic test of supreme stacking ability and mistake-free play.

I would post a score to start things off, but the best I've been able to get is grade 4, and at the time I figured I'd do better so didn't bother with a screenshot.

  2. Had a quick go before work and got secret S1 a few times. I can do better!

Hey Edo, where's that screenshot you promised? [IMG]

  4. Edo

    Edo a.k.a. FSY

  5. Nice run edo! You could have added another 1-2 rows to the pattern with a different placement of the J at 172.

secret grade is so mind boggling

  7. I'm at secret S4 now... Still think I can do better though. [IMG]

  8. Wait, it's Secret Grade 4, not S4. Still impressive, but I was like [IMG] as i read S4.

  9. Yeah, sorry about that, i read it wrong, lol. =P

  10. Ai

Really cool skills Shuey and with such ease! Can you do an inverse SG or other patterns? ^^

Here's a Secret Grade m6 (S6 in the other 2 games) in Ti Shirase Classic by dzag55555 for those who haven't seen it yet:

  11. Thanks Ai :). Nice job on your m6! It looks like it's even faster that "radical" on PSP. I'll try to complete a video soon of me doing a perfect build on PSP radical. In the meantime, here are a couple other videos of some "non-traditional" builds I've done:

    Double Helix Secret Grade Build

  12. Ah, that's not Ai's, that's Dzag's. Dzag is one of the top Shirase players in Japan.

Good stuff! The Double X reminds me of Tokusin's work. Check out his complete Double X and the start of a rainbow X.

I've tried the vanilla Double X after seeing his videos, but I can't recall how far I got on the second X before things went wrong. The rainbow X, though... if I've dared to try, I've made myself forget! :p

  13. Yeah, the rainbow X is a cool, more challenging twist on the X. I've never seen either of these vids before, so thanks for linking me.

Notice the regular X that Tokusin builds is one line less than the play field that TF has. Not that he didn't go a good job; he did a perfect job on the play field he had. I look forward to doing a perfect build double X on TF and getting a vid of it :).

...Wait.... he didn't build the double X the way it was supposed to go... He still did a great job, but it wasn't perfect in my opinion because he messed up when he got to the top of the first X. it's supposed to continue on exactly the same way that the normal staircase secret grade continues on. Which would've put him in the same situation as me on TF when I'm doing my builds; he'd have to break one line at the very top in order to get the two squares at the top that continue the pattern in the opposite direction. Which brings me back to what I've been wanting to do and WILL do soon; build a perfect double X and post a video of it :p.
