http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=5e3UY240OTs There is only one man in the western world who can drop faster on this game..
this won't move me up on the scoreboard, but it's a new personal best, and i felt like posting something out of boredom. died at level 959, got S7 at 10:09, which is roughly 18 seconds faster than my previous record. also, this was my cleanest tap master game so far, ever. before hitting 900 i had only two lines on the field, but the speed is too much to handle (at least for now), so thanks to a couple of double and triple locks, i topped out. strange, because in heboris practice mode i can survive at least 200 levels on master900 speed preset. is it the mame keyboard lag or heboris isn't exactly accurate?
The last few days I've been playing a lot of TAP. The idea was to improve my manual locking in order to get faster in general. 08/28/08 This is the highest level I ever achieved. It was actually a very bad game, especially the 300 to 500 section. 08/30/08 I was aiming for S1, but this will do for now. The funny thing is that after all the 20G training the 300-500 section seems to have gotten even more difficult than I remember.
Man, you should totally be getting S8 by now. Your clear time is totally better than most S8 ranked players!
Bronze SK though. Speed is useless if you're barely getting any Tetrises. You should try slowing down a little and just concentrate on keeping the stack clean DeHackEd.
It does suck, but it's hard to be bummed about jumping to S7 after spending less than a week at S5 (which I got after many weeks at S4). I felt I was nearing S8, I saw the level counter at 998, then I just lost my shit and made like five misdrops. No biggie though, I'll be back. I'm really getting the hang of stacking high and clean in the spawn columns during 20G, as I made like six tetrises and a decent amount of doubles and triples in the latter part of the game.
Wow, S7 with a score of 143000, I had over 200000 points and a similar mastering time, goes to show that either my play is horrible (but more score means more tetrises?) or mushroom's is awesome. Or, if I'm reading the screenshot correctly, he is playing on TA which basically uses TGM1's scoring.
