Impressive jump on the leaderboard and congrats with going sub 40 seconds. I hope I can get closer to 40 seconds by the end of the year. But for that I need to start playing first. ^^

Almost 3TPS. You're the second ranked ARS player on the leaderboard. Do you have the replay? Any idea how you improved? Some special practice or just playing a lot? ^^

Fastest OG ARS player in LJ. I should start playing again and see to it that I get under 45 seconds before the end of the year.

Oh and thanks for bumping up this thread. ^^

  6. Oops, you've filed me into the wrong spot, hehe. Drop me three places in the leaderboard.

Isn't ARS Rhythm also 0G (provided you keep yourself to the rhythm) ?

  8. Ai

    Ai

Fixed and thanks for pointing that out! ^^

The faster ARS players use Rhytm 20G instead of Rhythm 0G. I haven't really played using those speedcurves so I don't really know about the details.

Rhythm 0G drops and locks your piece when you're out of pace, and Rhythm 20G just locks your piece.

  13. I uploaded the replay file for now. I hope to put a batch of videos up soon, but I've been having a good period of improvement so I've been holding out a bit, haha.

Uh oh. Looks like I'll have to defend my second-place ARS record soon. I stopped playing lockjaw ever since one of the newer versions of wine slowed down by 4-5 seconds when the blocks are disappearing after a game is completed.

EDIT: Looks like the new version added one registry key that ended up slowing down the game. I deleted that and now it runs just peachy.

And I will be very disappointed if I don't get a time under 45 seconds by the end of the year.

If only the DAS felt anything like blockbox, this would probably be a lot higher.
