I was casually chatting with a friend and playing along as usual when all of a sudden the background changed. First I took like 10s to realise what happened, then I couldn't speak for half a minute. Luckily he knows about me playing TGM so it didn't get too awkward. Therefore I don't know the time I transitioned, but apparently it's not that close. (Played on MAME 61.681163Hz)
I've never felt so close to getting that M rank, hopefully it'll happen soon! edit : Also got to 500 for the first time today!
Finally, 500! Slow time, as you'd expect with a SNES-clone D-pad. Stick is still catching up. Happened over a month ago, but haven't gotten close since. Now to go better next time. 400+ is so tricky, getting accidental synchros all the time, and have no real capacity for recovery yet.

Well that's definitely the closest I've been to M rank, I probably can get it this month, as I've been consistently getting to 300 in ~ 2 minutes, and I can lock to some degree in 300-500. Though I'm getting less SKs than before
been aiming for this since my master S9 but i did it, i just did death 500. I will probably take a break before going further, because i want to focus on another game rn. next time i will probably aim for death M, when i will focus on the game the next time. Time is not good but i wanted to death 500 first '
