We've got a TAP Normal scoreboard, so why not compete with a clone of it's younger, flashier cousin?

Default Heboris rules apply, use UE C7V4 (or equivalent) or later, three previews, use either TI-World or TI-ARS.

If you lack the UE, head over here or here to snag yourself a copy.

    Code:
    Rotation: TI-World
      Name Tamaya Lvl Time

Ah yes. Hebo's version of ti3-beginner.

I can reach the credit roll on big.

  6. Have we forgotten this mode in the midst of all the TAP Normal wars? [IMG]

    With ACE-ARS2: 784 @ 3:09:15

    With TI-ARS: 704 @ 2:40:65

Difference in time because I was able to abuse the levelstop in the ARS2 run.

Amnesia, what are you talking about?

You got Konami (573) for a score, of course it's better. =P

  11. Haha, I was beaten to the 573 reference. Despite that, 573 LOLOL.

I don't find it funny.. [IMG] I abuse as well with the lv stop and I can't reach 600.. [IMG]

  14. Here's a replay of a 729. I use the same strategy as in TAP Normal mode, but of course there's 3 previews and a hold. No levelstop abuse, and I definitely could have done the credit roll better.

    I don't get it. [IMG]

I tried a one-block start as opposed to the 5, and still ended up with a 6-hitter and 80 fireworks, which is solidly average. This combo left me with a 3-block start, and with a good stack, got an 8-combo (my first, I think!) worth 164 fireworks. The third combo was nothing special, and the 100-200 section finish was abysmal.

The credit roll performance was crappy, as the uneven stacking and poor rotations/IRS cost me dearly after the combo. But still, 100 fireworks over my old record, and I don't see why. =P

    I just got 646..
I don't understand..What's the hell with this fucking mode..I abuse of the level stop, I only perform long combos like redfened, I agree that I did not performed one game as good as his 1000+, but I still don't understand the so big difference.. [IMG]

AS i understand it, you get much more fireworks in the credit roll.

So it's credit roll performance that's probably the difference.
