So so sorry for being late with the date picker! I have been one armed juggling some things and only just now managed to secure the venue. Since so many people seem to be able to make it in the second half of September, we might have to see how badly you can't make it vs how badly they can't make it in the first half. Otherwise, it seems to be shaping up that the 2nd weekend of September is going to be the date.
Mark your calendars and book your flights! I've pencilled us in at Plug in City for 7-10 September 2023. I'll update later with additional details like the sleeping arrangements for newcomers but most of you know the drill already.
