Copying over the record from the Independence Day contest. 999 @ 11:28:20 (first completion) A little randomizer luck and smart sub-20G play helped me out here. My previous runs tended to end around 670-850 due to mistakes or simply garbaging out.
It was a cool and quiet game, usually this mode feels a lot harder. Basically TGM+ requires you to be very lucky twice... (omg what a day)
My attempt for the contest ended with me arriving at 405. I kept forgetting to post in that thread but since the contest is over, I figure I would just post my record here. Not very good compared to most of you but I only played a little bit.
Nice knack. Reaching 999 is quite frustrating...That damn center hole! In 20G I tried my best to keep the field as low as possible. I still haven't figured out why the speed isn't 20G at 500-510 sometimes.
The very first time I tried to reach 500+,I didn't cover the center because at 450-500 the center hole of 2x2 appears most of the time. When section 500 began I stacked an O to the side, and it didn't drop to the bottom.(Surely,It wasn't a sync)After a few pieces, they fell straight into the center hole. Later I deliberately tried this many times(50+),only one time it wasn't 20G at 501,the 505 was 20G again. That seems pretty strange,in Master it always keeps 20G at 500+. Nevertheless I consider 500+ as 20G in TGM+,ignoring this "sub--20G"( btw,I'm not 4th...11:36:36.Rubbish and singles eat time. 999s in less than 11min are really awesome
Here's my screencap from before. This is not a new record as I still haven't played since the tourny.
Orange GM, and maybe some side stuff like a Big Mode clear... but yeah, that's about it for the main game.
10min06 ! It is ok Ai, don't worry, if you insist, I can give you the inp. EDIT : I fucked up the screenshoot, so I still have the inp for proof.
Thank you all to be so generous in giving me the control of 1 leaderboard.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azxvX55hpDY
