I'm very interested in this, but it's a shame that the only time slots they're offering are in the early morning for me - like 4am I'm also a bit worried about my relative n00biness... I only have one "free xbox live" weekend's worth of experience with this game, and some of the players that have already signed up have pretty intimidating user names... That "poison hands" sounds like a pretty tough guy...
On the plus side, unlike typical online tournaments, I bet everyone will play their matches promptly.

Yeah, I still have not got a Live card since I'm sort of busy with school and other things. (I'm also part of a Blockbox tourney I can't really play in since my computer hates BB now for whatever reason -- graphics glitch and obscure the playfield.)
