The NES and controllers (including Advantage stick! ) used to belong to a buddy of mine. I was borrowing it for a little bit since he wasn't using it at the time, but then he ended up buying one at a flea market for $3 or something at a flea market. He let me keep the stuff I was borrowing.

I'll be glad to recommend some games. what kind you like? critter crunch is an awesome puzzle game in the same vein as magical drop and it's only 7 bucks. you taking up the seimitsu banner now? I heard CT swtiched sanwa. All I got was a sweater, some cash and a friend gifted me serious sam HD on steam. not bad at all since all I was looking to do was eat some good food so any gift was a bonus.
Re: holiday loot-- what'd you get? *2009 update* I think ct was the last person to hold an uneducated opinion about Seimitsu being better for TGM than Sanwa, before he seriously started playing with a Sanwa and realised it was better. Pretty much everyone else has had JLFs for ages now.

Now I can enjoy some of my games in delicious 1280x1024 or super-letterboxed 1280x720. I may spend this on Raiden IV, Pop'n Music 11, a few Clazziquai albums, and beatmania IIDX 16 Empress.

Re: holiday loot-- what'd you get? *2009 update* So far I've spent my moneys on Raiden IV (kind of a disappointment, but at least I got it and the OST for only $40!) and an FC Mobile II. Handheld NES + possibility of playing NES games at a particular place on campus without the need for a lot of brought equipment = YES.

Finally, a good picture. So, two books. Dexter in the Dark and Dexter by Design. One memory stick (Sandisk Cruzer U3 16 GB ) Some cassettes for my video camera. (just included one for the picture) Four free movie tickets.
Re: holiday loot-- what'd you get? *2009 update* I have that memory stick. It's quite nice, especially with the little glowy light on it. My only problem with it was that it took me a while to realise it's much easier to put into a USB port if you're not pressing the button down.
