My odds of finishing a game are roughly equal to 1/(n+1) where n is the number of games I've already played that day.
depends on how I play. if I try to play just clean, I finish 8 games out of 10 but hit 999 at more than 8min55 If I try to play as fast as possible , well different story ROFL
9:02:30 I'm so mad, I could have had 8:55 or so, I actually nearly topped out at 998 trying to scramble for a line.
Nice going, muf! I wouldn't expect your first time breaking 800 to be much more than S4. You'll learn to stack well later.
Right now it's like this, I either: - Stack boldly and die at 599 @ S1 - Stack cautiously and die at 843 @ S4 I'm sure I'll be able to squeeze in a couple more tetrises by the time I'm getting green lines. Also note the similarity in 20G survival rate: TAP Death: 345 levels of 20G survived TAP Master: 843 - 500 = 343 levels of 20G survived
Code: 2--Edo---------------------M - 999 @ 08:15:20 3--colour_thief------------M - 999 @ 08:20:80 4--Amnesia-----------------M - 999 @ 08:20:93 hmm... mhhm Ok, no pb..
Looks like Edo took care of the leaderboards himself. Nice muf. Yes, keep playing cautiously till you reach the end. You can't do worse than my Green Line S5.
Man, I did record all my games yesterday and this morning, did one just to wake up and boum, M rank no save lol Posting it coz it's pretty odd: Can someone explain me why I got M when the 600-700 was slower than the 500-600 ?
You don't have to be faster, you can be 2 seconds slower than the previous section (see http://www.tetrisconcept.net/wiki/Tetris_The_Absolute_The_Grand_Master_2_PLUS#The_M-Roll)
The 600-700 section is only 1 second slower than the 500-600 section. This is within the 2 seconds margin that is allowed. I guess you were thinking that every 20G section needs to be 2 seconds faster than the previous? EDIT: Ignore this post... ; In a way thinking you had to be faster made you push even harder.
