Maybe I missed him, but I was wondering if there is any player(s) from London (UK) who could help me at the end of the month.
I may go in london around the 20-25 of June, unfortunately, me and NoTGhost will take a double room for July only, I would like to avoid to get ruined by a hostel for one week at the end of June. NoTGhost will be already installed in a single room that she won't be able to leave before the end of the month.
if anybody can help, in directely offer me a bed, or give me some interesting links to economise and stay in the city for the last days of june, I would be very glad.

    Thanks for any help..

  2. I'll be in London from 29 June to 1 July or something.

Be sure that we will have a drunk in a pub if I am there and well installed..

  4. If I was still in Cambridge I could put you up, and it'd be an hour in and out of London on the train. Unfortunately I'll be leaving on the 20th, so can't really offer you anywhere to stay unless you're OK being 300 miles away.

I might come back down to London at some point though, potentially around the 2nd June because that's when my exam results get published properly, so I'd have reason to want to be in the region.

  5. You can time travel?! [IMG][IMG]

  6. i'll be in london starting august 20 until the 24th. I would love to meet up with anyone for a drink at the pub and/or for a couple rounds of tetris. I'll be staying in the Soho area. Is anybody still around London?

  7. Yes, Amnesia is still around.

Why not ! ask my phone by PM and I will reply, I am in Hammersmith, near the Stamford brook station (district line). But I have nothing to play tetris except a laptop with a keyboard !

we can ofcourse both play and take a drink in a pub, there is one pretty good I have not found time to go this summer..

You laugh, but I swear I spent the best nights of my life in the gay clubs of London ! In being straight myself. Last weekend we stayed until 12:30 am with NoTGhost for her birthday, with 0 glass of alcohol..;)

Usualy, at 3am I am bored and I only want to leave and go directely to my bed when I am in a straight club..

  11. Gay clubs are generally better than straight ones in terms of atmosphere and clientèle. You don't actually have to be gay.

Not really, a week ago we have been refused at the door of the Onyx, me and NoTGhost because I was not gay, we had the chance to have a few gay friends in the club who made pressure to allow us to enter.

Ok lol..No I just hope he did not find the time to get internet and reply..But I still removed the "hot" talks of my post..C_t ?? Can you remove your quote as well please ?

  16. I don't know if that's the solution haha, am I supposed to delete everyone's posts about it too? Instead I offer a different solution:

I've met Amnesia in real life many times deepdorp, we've probably spent 2 weeks together if you put it back to back. He's much calmer in real life, and not at all weird. The weirdness of his online personality is from English being his second language, but he's much less confident speaking than writing so it goes away in person. He's most definitely not a sexual predator and if he was it wouldn't be with dudes. :p

  17. Unless something happened which I wasn't aware of, I can also attest that Amnesia did not try to molest myself, Kevin, Lardarse or Kevin's dad during the meet two months back.

  18. ha ha, sorry for my original post and then no follow-up. I did have limited technology while in London. Unfortunately, I was unable to do all of the things which were on my to-do list. Amnesia, I was not turned away by your "electro-happy" offer. On a different note, I did happen to pick up a copy of "The Little Prince" (Le Petit Prince) for reading on the plane ride. Its funny because i associate the book more to our friend of the same name here, rather than the book itself(which i read in French class years ago)! Well, I'm home now and enjoyed my short stay in London immensely.
