View Full Version : OT any musicians addicted to tetris
Anybody out there making music?
unfortunately my usual internet hang out spot is down for the day.
I'm not exactly sure what to do http://www.tetrisconcept.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_cry.gif
i've been beta testing ableton live 8 for the last month, it's great!
i make musics: http://cllct.com/art/thesarcasticdharmasociety
i've only limited experience with live 7--that is, i hooked my VSHG up to it and used it as a midi controller.
what's new in 8? a "make this shit sound good" button? cuz i really think more audio software should incorporate that feature...
If any of you make electro / dnb / dance / house / whatever that can be made into tetris background music (TGM style), LET ME KNOW!

a new looper tool, you might like that! works great with a foot peddle. new mallet instrument, and some improved effects, group tracks.
the biggest thing will be maxforlive (http://www.ableton.com/extend) it will give you the ability to make your own devices, and totally tweak the existing devices in live and crazy control of the GUI, that one is for the uber geeks.

I'd be happy to write you some TGM-style BGMs.
