Tetrisconcept TGM+ Contest Prize: Worklog

So I've been mad busy with my new job and random stuff cropping up during the weekends, and started work on the conversion from Jago's Xbox DOA4 stick to the Exclusive Tetrisconcept Arcade Stick very late. :$ My apologies to the prize winner, steadshot; and to make up for things a bit I've decided to keep a worklog so you can see the conversion as it happens. It's also a good way to motivate me to work on it every weekend.

Today I desoldered the stock Hori buttons and removed the artwork.

The buttons aren't 30mm?
They're "proprietary" style buttons which use tabs to fit into place. You have to file away the tabs and in some cases slightly enlarge the hole as well.
